PROVIDENCE – Edmund A. Restivo Jr., a co-founder and managing partner of the accounting and business advisory firm Restivo Monacelli LLP, was elected to the Providence Preservation Society’s board of trustees at its 2018 annual meeting.

Restivo spearheaded the 2006 renovation and expansion of the Restivo Monacelli headquarters at 36 Exchange Terrace, a historic building that was formerly the city’s train station.

He also rehabilitated the Merchants Bank Building in the financial district and the Conrad Building on Westminster Street, the city’s first downtown residential conversion.
