What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? RIPIN offers a variety of enjoyable activities designed to foster collaboration. These activities include monthly employee anniversary lunches, employee appreciation days, and monthly staff wellness and appreciation group-sponsored events. SWAG sponsors monthly events aimed at fostering collaboration and teamwork among employees, whether it’s an ice cream bar, a walking program or RIPIN’s Family Fun Picnic.

What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? In addition to our fun activities, RIPIN has made several modifications to the workplace to support employee wellness. RIPIN provides an on-site gym that employees can access at their convenience.

Starting this plan year, RIPIN provides health coverage to eligible employees and their families through individual coverage health reimbursement accounts. Employees and dependents can choose their preferred insurance carrier and customize their plan in the individual insurance marketplace to best meet their health goals.
