What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? We coordinate an event each month either virtually or in person to ensure that we stay connected on a personal level and step away from our work for a bit. For example, we recently participated in a Save The Bay event to clean up the shoreline for Earth Day and hosted a garden gathering at our office to sit in the sun and have some coffee, tea and great conversation.
How would you describe the culture of your workplace? Our culture is collaborative, engaging and supportive. We value everyone’s contributions and encourage each other to share their thoughts and ideas while embracing our differences.
What was a new employee benefit(s) or initiative(s) in the past 12 months? We introduced a new talent optimization tool in support of our goal to provide an engaging work experience. Using these tools, we are increasing self-awareness, strengthening team dynamics and enhancing relationships with each other. We also integrated these principles into our recruitment process to help identify the right talent while ensuring alignment with the position and our culture.
