R.I., Mass. included in Wal-Mart drug program

BENTONVILLE, Ark. – Rhode Island and Massachusetts are among the states eligible for Wal-Mart’s new program enabling customers to receive generic prescriptions for $10 via free mail delivery.
The program, which follows a successful pilot launch in Michigan, will cover approximately 300 prescriptions.
The program will also provide access to more than 3,000 other affordable brand and generic prescriptions, Wal-Mart said in a statement.
Other states included in the program are: Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, D.C., West Virginia and Wisconsin. &#8226
