MIDDLETOWN – Cynthia Ricci has been appointed as head of finance at People’s Credit Union, PCU announced.
In her new role, Ricci will direct all functions within the department, including financial reporting, budgeting, liquidity management, and internal controls and procedures.

Prior to joining People’s Credit Union, Ricci was a senior business analyst supervisor for the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. She also served as vice president, corporate reporting, with Citizens Financial Group Inc. after beginning her financial services career with State Street Corp.
“Cynthia will be responsible for leading the finance team to become true business partners for the rest of the Credit Union through automating processes and driving an analytical view of financials,” McGill said in a statement. “Cynthia’s recognized leadership skills and her knowledge of financial reporting will be key drivers of these initiatives.”
Ricci will work out of the People’s Credit Union headquarters in Middletown.
