Richard Elly has been named vice president/director of strategic sourcing at Citizens Bank. He previously worked as a sourcing manager for GE Capital in London, England. Elly received a bachelor’s degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland and his master’s degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, N.Y. He lives in Old Saybrook, Conn.
