RIPTA gets $900,000 grant to help develop transit corridor

THE RHODE ISLAND Public Transit Authority waited until last week to publicly disclose a data breach it identified in August that included personal information of some state employees. The American Civil Liberties Union of Rhode Island sent a letter to RIPTA critical of its handling of the breach.
