Robert F. Collins has been appointed vice president in the commercial services division at Fall River Five Cents Savings Bank. He previously held the position of managing director of Lend Lease’ Tokyo, Japan office. Collins has completed numerous lending and real estate programs through RMA and MIT Center for Real Estate. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Bryant College. Collins lives in North Attleboro.
