Ryan Haggerty, RA, LEED AP, CM-Lean has re-joined Vision 3 Architects in May of 2018. Ryan received his Bachelor of Architecture from Roger Williams University, and after starting his career with Vision 3’s Corporate Office Team from 2005 through 2011, went on to work as a construction manager for the State of Rhode Island and Brown University. In addition to his corporate office, public work and higher education experience, Ryan brings a wealth of knowledge in alternative project delivery methods such as target-value-design, cm-at-risk (CMR) and integrated project delivery (IPD), and the ability to approach a project from the perspective of the owner and contractor. Now back with Vision 3, he is currently working on project for Johnson Controls, Hobbs Brook Management, and FM Global.
