We proactively addressed these issues with healthy work schedules, including half-day Fridays from mid-April through June and 32-hour workweeks with Fridays off July through August. How would you describe the culture of your workplace? Sansiveri’s culture offers a caring, flexible, family-oriented, respectful atmosphere in which partners care about every employee and their families and where technical excellence and exceptional client service are achieved in a positive, collaborative and inclusive culture.
How do you support community service work by your employees? Sansiveri teams with organizations such as United Way, Federal Hill House, Toys for Tots and Books are Wings to offer employees the chance to create blankets for shut-ins, collect items for Thanksgiving baskets, Christmas gifts and books for those in need.
