What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? This year at Sansiveri was filled with fun events from our firm sports teams (pickleball and golf) to a summer outing where employees enjoyed barbecue, mini golf and batting cages.
How do you support community service work by your employees? Sansiveri teams with organizations, such as the United Way of Rhode Island Inc., Federal Hill House, Toys for Tots, Books Are Wings to offer employees the chance to create blankets for shut-ins, collect items for Thanksgiving baskets, Christmas gifts and books for those in need.
Describe a new employee benefit(s) or initiative(s) your company has launched in the past 12 months. We offer healthy work schedules, including half-day Fridays from mid-April through June and recently moved to a 32-hour work week with full-day Fridays off during July and August. We also added online wellness fitness classes during the workday this past tax/busy season.
