
LITTLE COMPTON – Two properties in Seaconnet Point Farm in Little Compton have sold for $7.8 million, Residential Properties Ltd., the listing brokerage, said Tuesday.
Both properties sit on the southwestern tip of Little Compton and are buffered by 46 acres of preservation land
The larger of the two Washington Road properties, called Watch House, is 11.7 acres. The smaller parcel, called Carriage House, is 4.55 acres.
The names of the buyer and seller were not disclosed, nor were the individual prices of each lot.
The Seaconnet Farm House, also part of the original estate, was sold for $3.1 million in October, 2011.
The listing agent for all three sales was Judy Chase.
