PROVIDENCE – Cristina Méndez, the executive vice president and chief financial officer at Otis Worldwide Corp., has been elected to Textron Inc.’s board of directors effective Feb. 15. According to the company’s filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Feb. 2, Mendez will serve on the board’s audit committee and nominating and corporate governance committees.
