WESTERLY – The Washington Trust Co.’s commercial real estate group recently provided $5.2 million in financing to Meriden Retail LLC to refinance the Silver Commons Shopping Center in Meriden, Conn.
Tenants of the property, located on South Broad Street, include Starbucks, Cold Stone Creamery, AT&T, Aspen Dental, Federal Express/Kinko’s, Liberty Travel and Pizza Hut. The location also has a free-standing bank branch.
“We wish Meriden Retail the best of luck with the Silver Commons Shopping Center, a complex that offers great retail shopping to the central Connecticut market,” said Joseph J. MarcAurele, Washington Trust’s president and chief operating officer.
