How has your company adapted programs and services in response to challenges such as workforce shortages and staff burnout? We have deliberately overstaffed every department allowing us flexibility to deal with the unpredictable day-to-day operations. We put a leadership team in place that gives us a group of highly trained individuals that can support our team wherever there are challenges. We have increased sick time, mental health days, compensation and retention bonuses.
