What three words best describe your staff? Hardworking, adaptable, collaborative.

How has your company adapted programs and services in response to evolving pandemic-related challenges such as staff burnout and workforce shortages? We have deliberately overstaffed every department, allowing us flexibility to deal with the unpredictable day to day. We put a leadership team in place that gives us a group of highly trained individuals that can support our team whenever there are challenges. We have increased sick time, mental health days, compensation and retention bonuses.

How would you describe the culture of your workplace? Our culture is the most important thing to us. We have hand-selected this team that lives out our core values day to day. The culture is positive, energetic, fun and infectious to all those around us. Our core values are open and honest communication; put the team first and elevate others; continuous growth and learning; be humble, confident and make it fun; extreme ownership: say it, do it; deliver a wow experience.
