The property is home to Smith’s car sales business – which was described online as one of the oldest Chrysler-Dodge dealerships in the country – and includes an undeveloped site behind the 10,804-square-foot business.

The tract will be cleared and redeveloped, with a new retail business in front and a self-storage facility in the back of the property, according to Sweeney.
