Susan Day, of the Smithfield Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Office has been awarded the Seniors Real Estate Specialist professional designation by the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council. Sales associates who obtain this designation are qualified to assist seniors in making wise decisions about selling the family home, buying replacement or investment property, managing the capital gains and real estate tax implications of owning and selling real estate, obtaining a reverse mortgage, and moving to a senior community. Day also holds the Graduate Realtor Institute and Certified Buyer Representative designations.
