How has your company adapted programs and services in response to challenges such as workforce shortages and staff burnout? Sweenor University aims to solve the industry problem of labor force issues by promoting the trades to young people and giving them the opportunity to find a home in the trades while refining their skills. We aim to change the perception surrounding the industry through education, motivation and opportunities for continual professional growth.
How would you describe the culture of your workplace? The work culture here is one of collaboration and respect. All employees of Sweenor Builders strive to deliver extraordinary results, experience and value.
Describe a new employee benefit(s) or initiative(s) your company has launched in the past 12 months. This year, we launched employee health care and 401(k) offerings, giving employees retirement benefits.
