The next session, “Mastering Transition,” will be held on Apr. 9 from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. After that, “The Leadership Challenge Workshop,” in which attendees will delve into the five practices of exemplary leadership, will be held May 8-9 from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days.
Tech Collective Vice Chair Joe Devine said the time for such skills offered by the workshop series is now.
“As we continue to provide demand-driven workforce development in the technology sector, we see a clear need for the development of current and future leaders to face the challenges that lay ahead,” he said in a statement.
“We have the opportunity every single day to make the choice to lead more strategically, purposefully and intentionally,” said Hebert in a statement. “We will dive deep into core components of leadership development – from how to become an exemplary role model to creating vision and energy to leading change to actively engaging you and your team.”
Other workshop dates are Sept. 24-25 and Dec. 3-4, with topics yet to be announced.
Hebert is founder of Dirigo Leadership Consulting, founder and CEO of Trilix, and chief client officer for Carousel Industries of North America Inc., all located in Cranston.
