Consumer Consulting was founded in 2000 by two retail consultants, Peter Franczak and Anthony Latona. Both men have now joined the management team at Tech Global.
“I am delighted to join Tech Global Partners and contribute to their growth,” Latona said in a statement. “Tech Global Partners is the kind of organization I admire, a boutique firm of trusted advisers that operates in an efficient and ethical manner. I am excited about the extension of services the acquisition will enable us to provide to our clients.”
Consumer Consulting has worked with retail brands including Calloway’s Nursery, Guitar Center, Bose, American Music Group, Copeland Sports and Kal-Tire, according to a news release.
