How would you describe the culture of your workplace? Collaborative. Everyone on our team understands that we value their feedback and ideas. When we make decisions, we intentionally solicit feedback and leverage each employee’s previous experiences.
How do you support community service work by your employees? We provide two days for community service to each employee per year. In addition, we support organizations in our community through fundraisers and events.
Describe a new employee benefit(s) or initiative(s) your company has launched in the past 12 months. We enrolled our staff in an online financial education course. It includes a budgeting app, savings calculator and information/strategies to reduce debt and/or increase savings.
