What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? Some fun activities include a summer ice cream social, a Halloween costume contest, a “giving thanks” luncheon in November, and a holiday party. We also offer Wellness Wednesdays throughout the year.
How do you support community service work by your employees? We have a sustainability committee that works to ensure sustainable practices within the office, offers sustainability tips, and provides opportunities to donate various items (clothes, electronics, etc.) throughout the year. During the holidays, we organize a staff giving drive for the Jonnycake Center and Hope for the Holiday, providing gifts to more than 500 children.
Describe a new employee benefit(s) or initiative(s) your company has launched in the past 12 months. We launched a mentoring program, pairing early-career staff with more-experienced colleagues. We solicited volunteers to participate in the program and conducted surveys to match staff based on skills and interest.
