
WARWICK – The property at 1300 Warwick Neck Ave., Warwick has been sold for $1,700,000, according to Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Thursday.
It was the highest sale price of a single-family home in the city in over a year, according to data from the Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service.

The home’s sellers were represented by the Monaco Group of Mott & Chace, while the buyers were represented by John Mulhearn of Re/Max Metro.
“With breathtaking, panoramic water views, this turn of the century Colonial offers privacy and luxury on just under three acres,” Bettina Monaco of the Monaco Group said.
The home features eight bedrooms, six full baths and two half-baths.
