Wash Trust finances 13-unit property

WESTERLY – The Washington Trust Co.’s commercial real estate group recently provided financing to Villa Anginette LLC, of North Providence, which owns a residential property that has 13 units.
Villa Anginette LLC is owned by Arthur Petrosinelli, who also owns four rental properties in the Providence area, Washington Trust said. He has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience.
“It’s a pleasure to work with Mr. Petrosinelli again and to provide financing for his North Providence property,” said John C. Warren, Washington Trust chairman and CEO.
Washington Trust’s commercial real estate group provides commercial real estate mortgages for construction of, refinancing of or purchasing of investment real estate projects. Financing ranges in size from several hundred thousand dollars up to multimillion-dollar projects.
