CRANSTON – The Washington Trust Co. yesterday announced the opening of its 17th branch, and its second in Cranston, at 1203 Oaklawn Ave. The new branch is the bank’s second in Cranston, joining the existing branch at 646 Reservoir Ave. (Route 2).
