PROVIDENCE – A condominium with a large terrace overlooking the downtown skyline was sold recently for $845,000, the highest price in the Waterplace condominium towers in a year.

The sale of Unit 1602, at 100 Exchange St., was coordinated by Michael J. Sweeney of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, who represented the seller and facilitated for the buyer. The sale was announced Oct. 26.

The unit includes the largest terrace facing the skyline in Waterplace, and technology that controls all interior systems from a smartphone app.

In May 2016, a penthouse unit at 200 Exchange St. sold for $1.2 million, according to Mott & Chace.
