PROVIDENCE – A condominium with a large terrace overlooking the downtown skyline was sold recently for $845,000, the highest price in the Waterplace condominium towers in a year.

The sale of Unit 1602, at 100 Exchange St., was coordinated by Michael J. Sweeney of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, who represented the seller and facilitated for the buyer. The sale was announced Oct. 26.

In May 2016, a penthouse unit at 200 Exchange St. sold for $1.2 million, according to Mott & Chace.
