Websters financing E.P. project

PROVIDENCE – Webster Bank is providing $485,000 in financing for AEG Realty LLC, to buy and remodel a new office space in East Providence.
AEG, a subsidiary of Advanced Engineering Group P.C., is buying the space at 500 North Broadway.
Provided in Webster’s financing is $285,000 to buy the building and an additional $200,000 line of credit. Webster is Advanced Engineering Group’s primary bank.
“This new facility is larger than the space we previously rented, allowing us more space as our company grows,” Scott N. Adams, principal, for AEG, said in a written statement.
Don Troppoli, vice president, small business banking for Webster, said he believes AEG has a promising future in Rhode Island.
AEG was formed in 2007 and is a full service civil and structural engineering company. The company provides engineering services throughout New England.
