WESTERLY – An iconic home in the Weekapaug community of Westerly has sold for $4.5 million, along with an adjoining lot for $2 million.

The $6.5 million sale, which closed Thursday, was the highest in coastal Washington County this year, according to Lila Delman Real Estate International, whose Watch Hill office manager, Lori Joyal, was the seller’s agent and facilitated for the buyer.

The property at 92 Noyes Road, known as “The Beacon,” occupies one of the highest points in Weekapaug. The 1902 residence is 4,122 square feet in three levels, and has six bedrooms and five full bathrooms.

The 0.69-acre adjoining lot is at 55 Meadow Ave.
