WEST GREENWICH – 53 Technology Way, a commercial office building, was sold to U-Haul International Inc. for $2.4 million, MG Commercial Real Estate President Mike Giuttari said Friday.
The property, which was listed at Ten-X.com, a real estate auction site, formerly housed the offices of Immunex, which vacated the site in 2014.

It is a 93,000-square-foot Class A building with 370 parking spaces. The building was built in 1990.
UHaul was not available for comment at the time of this publication.
55 Technology Way, West Greenwich was also auctioned on Ten-x.com this week, but Giuttari said that the details of that property’s sale are still being negotiated.
