WESTERLY – After one day on the market, the property at 25 Ocean View Highway in the Watch Hill village of Westerly sold for $11 million, according to Dottie Nigrelli, the manager of the Watch Hill office of Randall, Realtors Friday.
The sale is the second-highest sale in the state this year, according to a release.
