WESTERLY – A 2.5-acre property featuring an ocean-view home has sold for $2.9 million in Westerly, according to Randall, Realtors, which had the listing.
The house at 81 Ocean View Highway included a two-story main house with a 2,000-square-foot screened porch. The house also has a separated guest house and views of the ocean and of the Misquamicut Club golf course.
The sale represents the third-highest transaction in Westerly this year.
