It would be great if this was expanded on with an article. What was the point?
If we could get behind some of these LLC’s and find out why the owners of some these properties won’t improve the exterior so they could be rented we would be getting somewhere. It is not there isn’t an interest in good storefronts, there is but the landlords have to have to be willing to clean them up.
