Why did you select your profession? I feel like my career found me in a way. I stumbled across the Associate Leadership Development Program with BAYADA Home Health Care, and they were willing to give me all of the training and education I needed to transition into the health care industry. I have certainly found my forever home with a company that truly cares about the work we are doing while also supporting my growth.

What is your favorite Rhode Island escape or hobby? My partner and I go downtown, park anywhere and use the YELP App to find new restaurants and bars. This usually turns into a night of many stops and new experiences at each place. Providence is ever-changing and evolving, so there are always new places to explore. •
