
TIVERTON – The property at 137 High Hill Road, known as “Tramonto Del Sole,” sold for $2.3 million, the highest single-family sale in Tiverton in three years, according to Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty Thursday.
The sellers were represented by Susan Gustavson and Alyce Wright of Lila Delman Real Estate. The buyers were represented by Eric Kirton, sales associate with Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty.

The 5,464-square-foot waterfront home has three bedrooms, four full baths and one half bath, as well as a detached garage.
The property had been listed at $2.9 million and was appraised for $2.6 million in 2017. It was purchased by Northborough Capital Partners LLC in 2016 for $2.1 million.
The buyer of the 1.58-acre property was identified as Kevin Tarsagian in property records.
