CUMBERLAND – Hayward Baker, a company specializing in geotechnical design and construction, has leased nearly 12,750 square feet at the newly renovated Berkeley Business Center.
The building, at 30 Martin St., is a former textile mill built in 1872. Hayward, which previously was located at 1 Whipple St. in Cumberland, is part of the Keller family of companies. It has headquarters in Hanover, Md.
