LINCOLN – Amica Mutual Insurance Co. launched its first iPhone application at the App Store on Nov. 20.
The app users can file an auto or home claim, contact roadside assistance or browse the recommended repair shops, the company said, noting that some of the app features – such as the home inventory list – could be useful to noncustomers as well.
Other features include:
- Viewing claims status
- Scheduling maintenance reminders for auto and home
- Requesting emergency repair services
- Accessing helpful checklists
- Instantaneous contact with Amica
