LINCOLN – Lighthouse Computer Services Inc. has won the Outstanding Service Management Tivoli Solution award in the 2009 IBM Beacon Awards competition.
IBM gives the award to IBM product resellers for delivering outstanding value and innovative approaches to helping clients, according to a release from Lighthouse.
The award follows up on Lighthouse being named the 2008 IBM Business Partner Excellence Award winner for North America, which the technology giant said was given based on Lighthouse’s “ability to deliver cutting-edge innovative value to customers while working closely with IBM to both create and deliver solutions and technologies to customers.”
In commenting in a release on this year’s award, Lighthouse President Ernie Yenke said, “Lighthouse Security Group listened very carefully to the needs of our mid- to large-sized customers, and they saw the potential to develop a solution that would deliver all the industry-leading benefits of Tivoli identity and access management.”
The company added that it was also a finalist for an IBM Beacon Award for Outstanding Product Affinity Services Solution, one of 22 award categories that were judged from among 340 nominations. For a full list of all the winners, go here.
