Lisa Carro has been promoted to general manager of East Bay Newspapers after serving for three years as business manager. Prior to joining East Bay Newspapers, Carro was director of finance at The Providence Journal Co., where she worked for 13 years. She has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Massachusetts–Dartmouth.
