What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? Our club continues to uphold long-standing traditions dedicated to celebrating employees. Events include an appreciation breakfast, appreciation days and service milestone dinners. Throughout the year, employees can engage in contests, raffles, virtual team-building events, and spirit days/weeks.
How would you describe the culture of your workplace? Our employees are empowered to do the right thing; they’re innovative and look for ways to get out of their comfort zones to develop their skills. We embrace diversity, we focus on equity and we promote inclusion. Our environment is one where our employees feel involved, empowered, valued and, most importantly, a sense of belonging.
What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? We’re dedicated to offering our employees and their families mental and emotional health resources. We introduced a new mental health rebate designed to support employees’ mental and emotional well-being.
