How would you describe the culture of your workplace? We find opportunities for our employees to make a difference, innovating through testing and learning, and embracing diversity, ensuring equity and promoting inclusion. Our environment is one where our employees feel a sense of involvement, empowerment, value and, most importantly, belonging.
What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? We offer a mental health rebate designed to support employees’ mental/emotional well-being. This can be used on items such as counselor or coaching appointments, yoga or meditation classes, massage and spa services, acupuncture, relaxation apps, etc.
