What fun activities does your company offer employees to participate in? We cherish long-standing traditions to honor and recognize our employees. These events span the entire year and include appreciation spring breakfast, morning gatherings where we express gratitude to our dedicated team members; summer employee appreciation days and ice cream socials; and celebrations to commemorate employees’ milestones.

What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? We offer a variety of rebates, including a $375 annual well-being rebate to support employees’ physical, fitness, weight or emotional well-being goals. $125 per year for prescription safety glasses. We also provide $250 per child to assist new parents and grandparents with the purchase of a new car seat.
How do you support community service work by your employees? We offer six paid volunteer days off per employee per year, and our employees are actively participating in this program. In 2024, 1,200 employees, representing 32% of our workforce, utilized 11,700 paid volunteer hours to support their communities.
