How do you encourage employee feedback?
During team meetings we discuss issues that have occurred since the last meeting. We ask the team to figure out why issues may have occurred and what we can do to resolve and prevent them.
What one employee-centered initiative are you most proud of?
One of our respiratory therapists instituted a special follow-up program for high flow oxygen patients. She has gone above and beyond our normal protocol for even this patient group.
