What modifications have you made to your workplace to support employee wellness? The safety of our employees will always come first. We reverted to a work-from-home model, and the majority of our employees continue to work from home. For those who have returned to the office, we’ve implemented strict and comprehensive safety procedures.
What was a new employee benefit or initiative in the past 12 months? Over the course of the past year, we’ve enhanced our 401(k) plan by adding a 3% annual contribution in addition to our existing 6% match. We added a commuter program that allows employees to use pre-tax funds to pay for parking or transit costs necessary to get to work.
