Animal Appreciation day was started four years ago to honor Allies’ loyal customers and their pets. In appreciation of their furry customers, Allie’s is holding a raffle to benefit local animal charities including: The Rhode Island 4-H Club Foundation, North Kingstown Animal Shelter, Sunshine Golden Retriever Rescue. There will be a wide variety of raffle baskets available including a Cat Country basket, New England Patriots basket, Dog & Cat baskets, and more! All proceeds will be donated to these charities and will help to cover the costs of much needed medical supplies, pet food, and surgical procedures.
Along with the raffle, there will be many fun activities for families to participate in. Pony and carriage rides will be provided by the 4-H Club and will be available throughout the day. The 4-H Club will also be running a petting zoo complete with alpacas from Shadow Pines Alpaca Farm.
On top of all this fun, Allie’s is also offering some huge savings. The entire store will be 20% off making this the perfect time to buy your pet a well-deserved toy or treat! They will also be holding their first ever tent sale. The tent sale will feature various pet supplies, new products, and kids and adult cowboy boots.
