PROVIDENCE – The deadline to apply for the PBN Best Places To Work 2019 is approaching.
Companies have until Feb. 22 to apply to the awards program. This year, PBN will not be granting extensions.
Best Places honorees will be celebrated at an award ceremony in June and will be profiled in a special section in PBN’s print edition.
The evaluation for Best Places awards is conducted by Best Companies Group, which will oversee employee surveys, analysis and rankings. Employees will fill out an anonymous 75-question survey and participating employers will receive an employee feedback report. Employers also are required to fill out a questionnaire.
The program is open to nonprofits, government entities and for-profit businesses, both public and private, located in Rhode Island and Bristol County, Mass.
Participating organizations must have 15 or more permanent employees and have been in business for a minimum of one year. Non-winning companies are not publicly revealed.
The Best Place To Work event will be held on June 13, from 5:30-8 p.m. at the Crowne Plaza Providence-Warwick.
