Astro-Med officers to exercise 85,000 options

WEST WARWICK – Astro-Med Inc. (Nasdaq: A LOT) says five company officers plan to exercise options on a total of 85,000 shares of Astro-Med stock before those options, granted 10 years ago, expire March 24.
The officers, who include CEO Albert W. Ondis and COO Everett V. Pizzuti, also intend to sell the shares during the applicable open trading window, Astro-Med said.
“We simply had to exercise the options before they expired,” Ondis said. “… All of us are very confident about the continued growth and profitability of Astro-Med and are more committed than ever to driving that growth and profitability.”
