If voters allow the state to float $84.7 million in transportation bonds, it will finance the much-needed Interstate 95 bridge over the Pawtucket River in Pawtucket and the I-95 viaduct over the Woonasquatucket River in Providence, as well as leverage $180 million in federal highway funds for those two projects and more across the state.
