BankRI seminar highlights opportunity

PROVIDENCE – Bank Rhode Island has canceled a seminar, “Uncovering Business Opportunities in the Current Economic Climate,” that was originally scheduled for Wednesday from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at its North Kingstown Branch, 1140 Ten Rod Road.
Although the bank did not specify the reason for the cancellation, it said plans to reschedule.
The seminar was geared toward professionals of businesses with more than 25 employees.
Scott Kitlinski, vice president of UNICOM, a regional information technology consultancy based in Lincoln, had been scheduled to discuss several topics, including managed services and outsourcing, client/customer communications and relationship development and harvesting value from existing investments.
