It last sold for $2.1 million in August 2002, according to online valuation records. The identity of the buyer and seller was not immediately known.
The sale was handled by Jennifer Boland, sales associate for Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, who represented the sellers. The buyers were represented by Beth Davis, sales associate for Mott & Chace Sotheby’s.
